Lorsque vous souffrez d\u2019un cancer, vous pouvez ressentir une plus grande fatigue, qui ne se r\u00e9sorbe pas, m\u00eame apr\u00e8s la d\u00e9tente, le repos ou le sommeil. Il est possible que le sommeil seul ne diminue pas votre sensation d\u2019\u00e9puisement, votre manque de motivation et votre l\u00e9thargie. Le manque de sommeil r\u00e9parateur peut occasionner de la fatigue, et la fatigue peut mener aux troubles du sommeil. La meilleure fa\u00e7on de rompre ce cycle est de d\u00e9velopper de bonnes habitudes de sommeil. Vous trouverez ci-dessous quelques suggestions utiles :<\/p><ul><li>Levez-vous environ \u00e0 la m\u00eame heure chaque jour : des heures de sommeil r\u00e9guli\u00e8res favorisent un  sommeil r\u00e9parateur.<\/li><li>Ne faites que de courtes siestes durant la journ\u00e9e et \u00e9vitez les siestes \u00e0 moins de quatre heures de l\u2019heure du coucher.<\/li><li>Hormis pour la sieste ou le temps de sommeil, \u00e9vitez de vous \u00e9tendre sur le lit lors de vos activities afin de ne pas sombrer accidentellement dans le sommeil.<\/li><li>Essayez de vous d\u00e9tendre avant l\u2019heure du coucher. Faites quelque chose qui vous relaxe comme boire une tisane, prendre un bain chaud ou \u00e9couter un enregistrement de m\u00e9ditation.<\/li><li>\u00c9vitez les activit\u00e9s intenses et stimulantes le soir\u2014celles-ci comportent la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision, l\u2019ordinateur et les autres \u00e9crans. Les \u00e9crans avant d\u2019aller au lit peuvent augmenter la difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 vous endormir.<\/li><li>Ne mangez que des collations l\u00e9g\u00e8res le soir et abstenez vous de manger dans les 2h avant votre coucher.<\/li><li>Si vous ne dormez pas 20 \u00e0 30 minutes, apr\u00e8s vous \u00eatre couch\u00e9, levez-vous.
