Cependant, lorsque vous \u00eates en d\u00e9pression, vos sentiments de tristesse sont plus aigus, durent plus longtemps et nuisent \u00e0 votre capacit\u00e9 de fonctionner. Vous pourriez aussi remarquer des changements physiques ou mentaux, comme par exemple une baisse d\u2019\u00e9nergie ou de capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 penser clairement.<\/p><ul><li><strong>De quelle mani\u00e8re cela peut-il m\u2019affecter\u2009?<\/strong>\u00a0? La d\u00e9pression peut diminuer votre capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 faire face aux d\u00e9fis, y compris \u00e0 la douleur et aux autres sympt\u00f4mes associ\u00e9s au cancer. Une humeur d\u00e9pressive peut faire partie du processus lorsque l\u2019on a un cancer \u2014cependant ceci devient un probl\u00e8me lorsque celle-ci persiste et vous donne la sensation de n\u2019avoir aucune \u00e9motion, que vos \u00e9motions n\u00e9gatives prennent toute la place ou qu\u2019il devient impossible d\u2019avoir un espoir que la situation s\u2019am\u00e9liorera. Il est \u00e0 noter que chaque personne ressent la d\u00e9pression de fa\u00e7on l\u00e9g\u00e8rement diff\u00e9rente.<\/li><li><strong>Est-ce que \u00e7a s\u2019am\u00e9liore?<\/strong> La d\u00e9pression n\u2019est pas un signe de faiblesse et il existe des th\u00e9rapies pour la traiter.
