Les fibres appel\u00e9es insolubles, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire qu\u2019elles ne se dissolvent pas, am\u00e8nent l\u2019eau dans l\u2019intestin, ce qui rend les selles plus molles et plus faciles \u00e0 \u00e9vacuer. Par exemple, on peut trouver des fibres insolubles dans le son de bl\u00e9.<\/li><li>L\u2019utilisation excessive de laxatifs peut parfois aggraver la constipation.<\/li><li>Le manque d\u2019exercice
