The resulting increase in morbidity can be costly for patients, their families, and the healthcare system.<\/p><p>In this training, we will explore one solution to this clinical problem: the routine and systematic collection of patient-reported outcomes (PROs), a recognized cornerstone of high-quality care.<\/p><p>We will also present e-IMPAQc (Electronic Implementation of Patient- and caregiver-reported outcomes Across cancer centres in Quebec), a provincial PRO Screening project whose purpose is to increase the spread and scale of symptom screening throughout Quebec.<\/p><h2>Learning outcomes<\/h2><p>At the end of this training, participants will be able to:<\/p><ul><li>Recognize the clinical issues addressed by symptom screening<\/li><li>Understand the evidence for symptom screening<\/li><li>Identify the components of an effective PRO screening program<\/li><li>Discover the symptom screening program e-IMPAQc.<\/li><\/ul><h2>Intended audience<\/h2><p>Health care professionals providing care to patients with cancer.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
