target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fonds de recherche Canc\u00e9rologie du R\u00e9seau de canc\u00e9rologie Rossy<\/a> pour leur projet \"The use of Patient Report Outcomes (PROs) to improve integrated care among patients diagnosed with lung cancer and treated across different cancer centres.\"\u00a0<\/p><p>L'\u00e9tude vise \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la prise en charge des patients atteints du cancer du poumon, tout au long du parcours de soins, en les interrogeant sur les sympt\u00f4mes qu'ils ressentent (dus au cancer lui-m\u00eame ou \u00e0 ses traitements), en communiquant ces informations aux cliniciens et en facilitant le suivi de la prise en charge des sympt\u00f4mes.<\/p><p>Sylvie Lambert and Rosanna Faria codirigeront une \u00e9quipe CHSM-CUSM comprenant cochercheurs John Kildea, Tarek Hijal, Myriam M\u00e9nard, Benjamin Shieh, Jonathan Spicer et Christine Bouchard et les collaborateurs Adrian Langleben, Sergio Faria et Scott Owen.<\/p><p style=\"font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 18px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 500;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px; font-weight: 600;\">\u00c0 propos du R\u00e9seau de canc\u00e9rologie Rossy<\/span><\/p><p>Une collaboration entre l'Universit\u00e9 McGill, le Centre universitaire de sant\u00e9 McGill, l\u2019H\u00f4pital g\u00e9n\u00e9ral juif et le Centre hospitalier de St-Mary, rendue possible gr\u00e2ce au soutien exceptionnel de la Fondation familiale Rossy, vise \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 des soins et la satisfaction des patients, augmenter le taux de survie et all\u00e9ger le fardeau attribuable au cancer.<\/p><p>Le r\u00e9seau, qui fait partie du R\u00e9seau qu\u00e9b\u00e9cois de canc\u00e9rologie, est une occasion extraordinaire pour l\u2019avancement des soins aux patients, par l\u2019entremise d\u2019un cadre uniforme de performance et de qualit\u00e9, ainsi que des ressources et des outils.
